Title: ActiveDay Coordinator

Qualifications: Full-time position available days in a social model adult day program.  Energy a must!! Applicant should be a high school graduate with 3-5 years experience or hold an Associates degree from an accredited university or proof of satisfactory completion of two years of college with a concentration in human services or related field. Two years experience in human services with a focus on the elderly a plus and valid New York State drivers license required.
