Upon admission to LutheranCare, you can expect to receive guidance and assistance in making your first days comfortable.  A team of professionals will map out a care plan geared to your own particular needs:

• You will first be asked to check in with the Admissions Office to complete paperwork .  If admitted after 4 p.m., the paperwork will be completed on the next business day.
• Nursing staff will conduct a series of health assessments.
• Dietary staff will meet with you to address your nutrition needs, restrictions and meal preferences.
• Physical and Occupational Therapists will conduct an initial evaluation and set-up an individualized therapy program.
• Activities Department will review specialized activities, entertainment, events and relaxation services offered at LutheranCare.
• A Finance Department representative will review the billing process and answer any billing-related questions you may have.
