Would I be permitted to have a meal with a resident?  Absolutely.  You can make meal arrangements with the receptionist with a two-hour advance notice.  The cost of guest meals is $3.25 for breakfast, $5 for the noon meal and $3.75 for dinner.

Can the resident leave the campus for a special outing?  If they are able to, a leave of absence can be arranged.  The resident can be signed out at the building's entrance.  If you plan to take the resident overnight or for several days, please give the appropriate staff member at least a 48-hour notice in order for medications to be prepared ahead of time.

What about pet visits?  LutheranCare is a pet-friendly organization.  Although pets cannot be housed on campus, friends and family are welcome to bring them for a visit.  Documentation confirming that the pet is up-to-date on their inoculations is required.
