The Admissions Department at LutheranCare is a significant resource for potential residents and family members investigating their care options. Whether considering Short-term Rehabilitation, the Adult Home or the Skilled Nursing facility, Admissions staff will assist you in making your decision and addressing all your questions and concerns. A team of skilled professionals will take part in resident care, including:
- Social Workers - providing emotional support and acting as advocates for the resident and liaison to their family
- Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapists - conducting assessments and monitoring the program results
- Pastoral Care - a full-time Chaplain provides spiritual and emotional guidance through Chapel services and on a personal level when comfort is needed
- Therapeutic Recreation - offering a variety of activities for the residents on each unit
- Dietary - a registered Dietician and Diet Technicians address nutritional concerns and provide meals that meet the resident's needs and preference
- Hairdressing - available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
